Fills powder from the lower part of the bag upward to help reduce product free fall, dust escape and air entrapment during filling.
After filling, the filled bag is transferred forward from the filling position to help shorten the bag transfer cycle before the next empty bag is placed on the filling spout.
The feeding process follows a controlled feeding curve, smoothly transitioning from high-rate feeding to fine dosing as the target weight is approached. This helps balance filling speed, weighing accuracy and stable powder flow.
The filling spout, bag holding area and dust collection connection can be configured to help reduce dust leakage around the bag mouth.
Product deaeration and bag-mouth air release can help reduce entrained air, improve bag shape and support downstream conveying and palletizing.
