A complete weighing and feeding system combines the weighing configuration, weighing controller and feeding method into one coordinated module. The final configuration is selected according to material characteristics, target capacity, bag weight and the required line speed.

Single-weigher configuration is selected when one weighing unit can meet the required bagging capacity and weighing stability. It is commonly used for standard bagging lines with moderate target output and simpler line layout.

The weighing controller or weighing module is the control core of the weighing system. It processes load cell signals, manages target weight control, coordinates feeding and discharge actions, and communicates with the bagging machine control system.
