KAP Series
KAP Series Automatic Open-Mouth Bagging Machines
KAP Series machines are designed for automatic open-mouth bagging of granules, pellets, flakes, mixed materials and selected free-flowing powders. They can be integrated with weighing and feeding, bag closing, conveying, check weighing, metal detection and palletizing modules.
KAP Line Process Overview
KAP systems combine automatic bag placing, weighing and feeding, filling, bag closing and downstream conveying in one integrated open-mouth bagging line. Depending on the project, the line can be connected with check weighing, metal detection, palletizing and pallet load covering modules.
KAP Model Range
Select a model according to target capacity, material characteristics, bag specification and complete line configuration.
Final capacity depends on material flowability, bag specification, feeding method, sealing type and complete line configuration.

Line integration
KAP systems can be engineered as part of a complete bagging line, combining automatic bag placing, weighing and feeding, filling, closing, conveying and downstream automation.
Engineering Selection Notes
Final capacity and configuration depend on material characteristics, bag size, bag weight, feeding method, weighing configuration, closing method, layout and downstream automation requirements.
