Animal Feed & Premix Bagging Applications
Animal feed and premix products cover a broad range of materials, from pellets and free-flowing granular products to fine powders and powder-rich blends. Their bulk density, flowability, dust level and production capacity can vary considerably. In most KWLE feed applications, KAP Series automatic open-mouth bagging systems are used, while selected fine-powder or highly aerated premix applications may require KBF Series bottom-up powder filling systems. The final configuration is determined according to the actual material, capacity, bag specification and process requirements.
Feeding, weighing, filling, and closing equipment are matched to the actual product rather than selected by category alone.
