Dairy Powder Bagging Applications
Milk powder and related dairy powders are typically fine, low-bulk-density materials that can entrain air and generate dust during filling. In practical dairy powder applications, KWLE generally uses KBF Series bottom-up filling systems to maintain a low filling drop height, control powder flow and improve filling stability. Depending on the product and packaging requirements, the line can also incorporate product deaeration, nitrogen flushing and final heat sealing.
The filling and downstream processes are configured around the actual dairy powder, target bag weight, bag specification, and required output.
