Starch Bagging Applications
Starch includes a wide range of powder products with different bulk densities, flow characteristics, entrained air levels, production capacities and packaging requirements. In practical projects, different weighing, filling and bag-closing configurations may be used. KWLE selects the packaging route according to the specific starch grade, required capacity, bag specification, product value, air content and downstream requirements rather than applying one standard configuration to all starch applications.
Both KAP-type net-weighing and KBF-type gross-weighing configurations are valid; selection is based on the requirements of each project.
