Glucose Powder Filling Applications
Glucose is a fine, sticky powder available in anhydrous or hydrated forms. During packaging, the material can entrain air and generate dust. After filling, internal product deaeration and bag-mouth air release are required to support dense downstream palletizing. To ensure reliable heat sealing in the next step, powder on the inner side of the bag mouth must be removed so that the seal can meet the required tightness.

Application Notes
Key Application Notes
- Final route depends on stickiness, flowability, air content, dust level and target capacity.
- Bottom-up filling may be considered when filling stability, air release or bag shape control is important.
- Feeding and weighing configuration should be selected according to powder behavior and required output.
- Palletizing and pallet load covering can be integrated according to project requirements.
